Railway7 Layer A R Bitu Seal membranes are produced from rich bitumen & select polymers.
The polymer –modified bitumen is coated on a High Tensile Non Woven Polyester Reinforcement as its core with a 90 Microns HMHDPE Film, to obtain high tensile strength, elongation, superior lap joint strength, tear & puncture resistance.
The polymer modification of bitumen with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) offers very good resistance to cold & hot temperatures, which meets the requirement of ASTM D 5147 std.
It is widely used in Railway Projects.
