SBS Water Proofing Membrane

Product Details:

BITUSEAL – SBS is a bituminous waterproofing membrane manufactured by blending a mixture of bitumen and SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) polymers to obtain excellent waterproofing and low temperature flexibility properties.  The polymerized bitumen is coated onto a dimensionally stable reinforcement core of non-woven spun bond polyester rot-proof fabric. The membrane has excellent tensile & tear strengths and is highly resistant to puncture. It is flexible and is suitable for applications where high structural movement is expected.

It comes in pain & mineral finish

BITUTEXSELF Self Adhesive Membrane is a “peel and stick” bituminous/ asphalt membrane protected by a cross laminated high-density polyethylene
It is made from two structural components. Bitumen/asphalt compound modified with SBS and high tack resins.

This special compound has been formulated to make the product easy to install. The membrane can be adjusted should it initially be placed in the wrong position, as the adhesive on the sheet achieves final adhesion only after a few minutes.

BITUTEXSELF SBS GEO is a bituminous waterproofing membrane manufactured by blending a mixture of bitumen and SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) polymers to obtain excellent waterproofing and low temperature flexibility properties. The polymerized bitumen is coated onto a dimension ally stable reinforcement core of non-woven spun bond polyester rot-proof fabric and upper side coated with Geo textile & The bottom surface comprises of a white release film which on removal is made to adhere the surface.

The membrane has excellent tensile & tear strengths and is highly resistant to puncture. It is flexible and is suitable for applications where high structural movement is expected. Geo textiles are fabrics which, when used in association with SBS modified waterproofing membrane have the ability to reinforce with concrete. This reinforcement with Geo textile acts as binding strength between the membrane and concrete base, thus making the structure waterproof , chemical and UV resistant.
